Track your order
All orders are dispatched by RoughTrax with FedEx, Parcelforce, DHL or Royal Mail, with all UK mainland orders you will automatically receive an email or text message with the relevant tracking details once your consignment has been created and delivery timeslots on the day of delivery if your details have been provided.
This has proved very effective as customers no longer need wait in all day for your order and once your order is despatched you can check the status of you delivery as they happen. Please note that the tracking service can only be used once your order has been dispatched from RoughTrax and received at the depot, which is usually after 17.30 weekdays.
If for any reason you have not received an email or text message with your tracking details please contact us by email info@roughtrax4x4.com or send a text message +44(0)7786206960 with your order number or your name and address details with your mobile number and email address, we will confirm contact details and forward all tracking details on to you.

FedEx Parcel Tracking
FedEx keep customers informed at every stage of the journey.
You will receive tracking details via mobile or email and notified when your order is:
- Labelled
- Dispatched
- Loaded onto the van and out for delivery
- Also if your parcel has been delayed
Please note that once your parcel label has been created we are unable to add any additional delivery instructions.
Parcelforce track and trace
With online parcel updates every 15 minutes Parcelforce makes online shopping more convenient & improves your online experience by enabling customers to manage their parcels after they’ve placed their order. You can trust Parcelforce to deliver your parcels and your promises with exceptional quality of service that will keep you coming back.
Parcelforce send notifications on the day before and the morning of delivery, and a one-hour timeslot. Your customers control their delivery by selecting a preferred delivery day or place. Our driver will follow your detailed delivery instructions. Parcelforce also make returns easy with a choice of convenient options.
- We’ll give a one-hour delivery timeslot notifications and if they’re out when we call, we’ll send a further update on their parcel.
Royal Mail track and trace
Royal Mail provides a UK-wide delivery service with online tracking included of any trackable items that have been sent to you, so you can keep tabs on your parcel’s progress.
If you aren’t home, redeliveries are free with Royal Mail. Alternatively, Safeplace allows customers to nominate a safe place where parcels can be left if no one is home to accept delivery.

International parcel tracking

All international orders are sent with DHL, Parcelforce or on some occasions Royal Mail dependent on the product/s you have ordered.
