What is the cut-off time for dispatch?
All orders placed before 15:00 GMT weekdays (Monday to Friday) will be dispatched on the same day subject to stock, orders made after this time will be dispatched the next working day.
How do I sign up for an account?
You can either create an account before you start ordering by clicking the 'My Account' link at the top right of the page, alternatively you can create an account when you proceed to checkout.
Can I checkout as a guest without creating an account?
Yes you can do this from the checkout. Check out as a guest allows you to purchase products without your details being saved or an account being created. You will of course receive an order confirmation if you enter your email address.
How do I return an item/s I have purchased online?
Simply complete a returns form and return it back to the address shown on the returns form within our 28 day return policy. Here is a link to our Returns Page.
How do I select free delivery?
You can select your delivery options during the checkout process. The Free Delivery option applies to Mainland UK only, as per our terms and conditions.
Do I get free delivery if I place an order over the phone?
Free delivery is not valid on any telephone order. Only orders placed online over £90.00 (inc vat) and delivered to UK mainland will receive free delivery.
Will I receive my order sooner if I pay for delivery?
The paid courier service is a quicker service (you will receive tracking details with this option) and the online Free Delivery option (if applicable) is a 2-5 delivery service.
If an item is out of stock online can I order it over the phone?
No. Payment will not be taken for products that are out of stock. You can enter your mobile number on the product to receive a notification when it is back in stock.

O/S - Off Side (Drivers Side)
L/H - Left Hand (Passengers Side - when sat in the vehicle)
R/H - Right Hand (Drivers Side - when sat in the vehicle)
OE - Original Equipment (Usually means Genuine Toyota)
Vin Plate - Vehicle Identification Number
