Pedders Heavy Duty Uprated Rear Leaf Spring Kit

Pedders tried & tested Australian Heavy Duty Uprated Rear leaf spring suspension kit for the 2005-2016 KUN25 & KUN26 Hilux Pickup Double Cab or Single Cab models. Complete with all hardware to bolt the leaf springs onto the vehicle.

The Pedders Australian (4+2) 6-leaf rear springs supplied in this kit are designed to be used with a constant 200KG load, if using unladen then you will notice a harder ride due to the increase in spring rate, hence being heavy duty. The first 4 leaves are the 8mm ride springs which load onto the 2x 13mm load springs.
Couple this with Polyurethane bushes at either end of the spring eyelet as well as the chassis and you have yourself what we believe to be the best quality spring steel and mounting components on the market.
You will also notice that Pedders, as does Toyota, manufacture their springs with intermediate spring end wear pads between each leaf, this prevents the individual leaves from wearing against each other over prolonged use, something that cheaper springs simply don't do.

So this kit is based entirely on quality branded components that last and that are widely used in Australia. We therefore only sell it as a kit to ensure all the correct components are used together.

Kit Contains:

• 2x Pedders 6230 Uprated Heavy Duty 6-leaf rear leaf springs (4+2) with wear pads between each leaf.
• 1x Pedders performance 12-piece polyurethane rear leaf spring & chassis bush kit
• 2x Pedders heat treated high-tensile U-Bolts with flange nuts (qty 4 - 2 pairs) Torque 90ft/lb - 123nm
• 2x Pedders Rear greaseable HD rear spring shackles.
• 2x Karsons Greaseable Rear spring front mounting pin bolts 

Whilst improving the vehicle's looks and handling, RoughTrax suspension kits help to prevent body roll in bends. Ideal for towing, off-road & on road. Manufactured in Australia & tried and tested in the outback terrain. Nothing else is required to fit, simply bolt on & enjoy!

The average measurements below, given by customers after fitting, are always taken from the base of the wheel rim vertically up to the wheel arch:
(This way the tyre condition or pressure does not affect the measurements)
