A New Diesel radiator for the Hilux Mk4 Pickup LN165 with the 2LT turbo engine manufactured by AVA, manual transmissions only.
The radiator has an alloy core, plastic top and bottom tanks with steel side mounting plates.
- It is advisable that after fitting to always replenish the system with new coolant.
- The LN165 radiator does not have a radiator cap on the top plastic tank, instead the radiator cap is fitted on the engine housing where the top hose connects on.
- The top tank has an outlet to the engine housing and one on the bottom tank too with a drain tap alongside.
- This radiator has been manufactured using the latest construction techniques, features an Aluminium Brazed Core providing strength, it has also been oven baked to fuse the plastic tanks to the core which is an additional process that many similar looking radiators simply don't do and rely on glued or bonded tanks.
- This is by far one the best aftermarket radiator we have seen to date and in this crucial area we feel quality counts.
