Inner & Outer CV boot gaiter kit for Toyota Hilux Pickup, Hilux Surf & 4Runner models with torsion bar Independent Front Suspension (IFS) manufactured by POK.

Complete with CV grease and clips for both Inner & Outer CV boot, they are sometimes known as CV Gaiters. The Inner CV boot fits nearest the differential and the Outer CV boot is nearest to the wheel.

CV boots are designed to cover the Constant Velocity (CV) joint, they have a bellows shape to them and are attached to either end of the driveshaft. They are designed to protect the CV joint from contaminants entering the joint area and grease from escaping. If found leaking or clips broken then this is an MOT failure.

RoughTrax CV boots are specifically made to fit each CV joint and are NOT universal fit.

POK was established in 1984 manufacturing a variation of products & components such as C.V Boots, Steering Rack Boots, Bushings, O-Rings and Oil Seals components for the automotive and motorcycle industries.
POK provides excellent mould development and stable consistent quality retaining long term product recognition and trust.

Fitting tip:
Outer CV boots are fitted by removing the inner joint and sliding the boot on from the inner end, not by drifting off the outer CV joint as quite often the case on cars.
You can not use air tools or cones to expand the boot over fitted CV joints to fit this original style boot, Toyota designed all boots to fit from the inner CV or plunge joint end once the joint has been removed from the shaft.
