A replacement Heavy Duty Greasable rear leaf spring shackle for the Hilux Pickup GUN125 & GUN126 approx. 04/2016 on model. Our new shackle manufactured by Karsons comes complete with nuts, washers.
- This greasable leaf spring shackle is complete with zinc plated hardened shackle plates, heat treated greasable shackle pins, two nuts and washers.
- Rear leaf spring shackles are sold individually.
- A Shackle fits to the rear eyelet of the rear leaf spring and then is bolted to the chassis, both the left-hand and right-hand rear leaf spring shackles are the same.
This is a seriously well-made product which becomes obvious in the attention to detail from the shaped side plates to the unique pins with milled recess to allow the flow of grease - Karsons always manufacture to OE specifications or an improvement of, these unique shackles are as per the Australian designed heavy duty shackles.
Top Tip:
To remove the old worn shackle you must first neutralise the weight from the shackle then remove both nuts and washers, slide off the inner support plate and remove the two pins attached to the side plate as one "C" section, do not try driving out each individual pin from the shackle.
