RoughTrax new front hub and swivel overhaul seal kit for the Land Cruiser KZJ70 & LJ70, fits from January 1990 onwards as listed with solid front axles. Kit now contains Genuine Toyota swivel seals & Inner drive shaft seals (the parts that always fail!) various Karsons gaskets and NSK 30303 Bearings all as listed below.

Our new kit now comprises of very high-quality parts, in fact many are Genuine Toyota & NSK components whilst the remaining components are all from one of most respected aftermarket suppliers Karsons.

Please note:
The free wheeling hub gasket is not supplied with this kit, the 70 Series can be fitted with or without free wheeling hubs, these gaskets can be purchased separately.

It is very common for the swivels housings to leak oil, this usually ends up with oil on the wheel/tyre which is an MOT failure, so this kit will have the very best parts to ensure a complete and thorough repair for both front hubs. In the questions section, we have added some advice.

Kit Contains;

4x NSK (Swivel Hub bearings 30303 - pivot bearings that support the main hub (top and bottom)
2x Genuine Toyota Swivel seal hub kits (felt/rubber/steel seals (43204-60041)
2x Genuine Toyota Stub axle gaskets - 8 hole (Large gasket - fits stub axle to knuckle swivel hub)
2x Genuine Toyota Stub axle gaskets - 8 hole (fits behind large 8 hole dust seal)
2x Genuine Toyota Front main hub round gaskets
2x Genuine Toyota Inner axle oil seals 90310-35010 - small seals that fit into the casing, run on the half shaft stopping diff oil entering the hub - no aftermarket even comes close to the quality of these Original seals
2x Karsons Stub axle dust seals - Large dust seal with metal shield and rubber insert
2x Karsons LYO Main wheel bearing seals - fits into hub stopping wheel bearing grease exiting
1x Karsons Swivel shim kit - 8x shims ranging from 0.1mm up to 1.0mm (2 of each) - preloads the swivel bearings and set hub position
2x Karsons Locking Tabs - Fits between the wheel bearing lock and adjust nuts

Also recommended with the seal kit would be

Use one tub of CV Grease each side.
our 54mm Box Spanner 54mm extended box spanner.
Differential oil

Kit fits:
