An Outer CV joint Conversion Kit for the Land Cruiser 80 series with ABS from 1992-on, comes with the ODM CV joint and Genuine Toyota Outer splined flange and new outer snap ring.

This kit converts the earlier CV joint that had a length of 237mm, by using the later uprated ODM CV joint along with a new uprated flange (Genuine) and snap ring this kit will convert your existing setup, in fact, Toyota too also recommend the use of the later longer CV joint and flange as an upgrade.

Our Outer CV Joint kit contains:

A new ODM Europe CV joint - fitted with the 48 tooth ABS ring - 247mm in length & TUV approved
New inner circlip to mount the outer joint to the shaft.
A new Genuine Toyota Outer splined flange hub - finest quality
An outer flange square section snap ring - Genuine Toyota
Tube of CV grease
Every ODM joint is individually marked with an ODM reference number

The outer CV joint is a replaceable component retained onto the end of the shaft via an internal circlip, the new joint comes with this circlip as they usually break when trying to remove the old outer CV joint.
When an outer CV joint fails you often experiencing knocking or clunking noises usually on full steering lock and as the shaft rotates.

Always pack the outer CV joint with CV grease which we also sell by the tub if more is required.

Our CV joint is Manufactured to ISO/TS 90001 16949 standards - TUV approved
