A 345mm Rear Brake Disc for the Land Cruiser 200 series as listed in Specs and Fitment by leading supplier Kavo from the Netherlands, carries the German TUV approved Certification, what's more, they are now Silver coated.
This 5 stud hole, 18mm thick rear disc is one of the largest Toyota rear discs, it is also machined on the inside to exacting tolerances to take the rear handbrake shoes.

Use Rear pads;
PAD012 or PAD012G for Genuine.
