Complete 3 piece clutch kit for the Hilux Surf & 4Runners, KZN130 & KZN185 1KZT/1KZTE (3.0) Turbo Diesel & Land Cruiser KZJ95 models fitted with a Dual Mass Flywheel (DMF not included) with a 260mm diameter friction plate, manufactured by OE suppliers Aisin.
Clutch kits contain: the friction disc plate, pressure plate & thrust release bearing (spigot bearing sold separately).
The Original Toyota clutch friction plate for a dual mass flywheel setup will not have damper springs in the centre around the splines, this is because on a dual mass flywheel its the actual flywheel that is sprung loaded not the friction plate.
Often customers will replace the dual mass flywheel set up to a more conventional solid flywheel / clutch setup. If your vehicle is suffering from vibrations, clunking or rattling noises then it may well be the springs breaking up in the dual mass flywheel.
