Behind the scenes in 2015
Twenty fifteen will be remembered for the introduction of our brand new website and re-brand. 
What you haven’t seen behind the scenes is non-stop, hard work and dedication to provide a website you can enjoy and we can be proud of.
Since the launch of the new website our ever expanding range of products has grown by over 20% with the majority of products now containing detailed descriptions, images and specifications with questions asked by you and answered by us.
You may have noticed our new recognised branded OE quality products filtering through, this will continue to grow into our whole product range during the New Year.
Most recently we have teamed up with Trustpilot, not only for our company reviews but also our product reviews. Using Trustpilot means all of our reviews are 100% genuine customers who have actually purchased the product, giving not only the customer honest reviews but also us a true indication of where we can improve.
Looking forward into 2016
The New Year will once again see huge advancements of our website. With a brand new mobile website in the making we hope to make ordering via your mobile and tablet even easier for 2016.
RoughTrax will also be celebrating 25 years of business in 2016, reaching this target is a great success and it’s all thanks to you for supporting us every step of the way.
We always take on board what you as the customer would like to see and we hope that has been proven this year. We will continue to improve our products and website to give the best possible service we can in the year ahead.
